Hi Gill, because I'm a bit of a perfectionist, probably a bit longer than need be! I'd say about an hour and a half including cutting out. I'd advise making the handle and side panel longer than the pattern says because I had to add a bit on after cutting it out. I must say i'm really pleased with them and really didn't need another bag let alone two!
Have found pattern, choosen fabric and cut out ready to sew. Have to say this bag is even more gorgeous than the last so can't wait to sew mine! Maybe tomorrow I too will have a bag to drool over? Thanks again for jogging my memory maybe I'll get around to doing all those freebie kits as well?
